Welcome to Heather's Page
Hello! This will be my 4th time supporting COLTON'S ARMY in the Big Climb Seattle on Sunday, March 24th. After following this family's journey for several years, I felt compelled and inspired by Colton's mom’s (Suzy) words and attitude of positivity throughout the roller coaster they've been on to help give back and raise money for research to fight the battle against blood cancers!
The first year I climbed in 2014 I was in the midst of my own battle with breast cancer for the second time. In fact, I did this climb one week prior to my own surgery. There were many powerful, inspirational stories that I took with me in to my own journey to draw strength from. I am excited to be standing strong FIVE years later and ready to CLIMB again, one step at a time!
I believe that advances in one type of cancer, helps fight cancers of all kinds. So while this climb directly benefits blood cancers, I’m doing this Climb again to stick it to cancers of ALL kinds!
My goal is $1 for every stair. Please support me with a donation by clicking the Orange 'Donate Now'. No donation is too big or too small, every dollar counts!
Thank you - Heather

Who is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society?
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
Every day, more than 347 LLS sponsored researchers come closer to the goal of finding a cure for leukemia and related blood cancers. Locally, LLS funds 10 researchers at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and University of Washington Medical Center. Your support and commitment to the mission of LLS enables us to continue this important work of saving lives and aids us in our ability to reach patients in our community.
