Scott Firefighter Stairclimb 2010

Stayton Fire

Hello & welcome to our Department Team page. The Scott Firefighter Stairclimb is a race up the Columbia Center in downtown Seattle. Our department will be running up 69 flights of stairs in full fire gear and SCBA. While we welcome the challenge, we are doing this to fight blood cancers. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

While this is the third year that our department participated in the event, this year presents a unique challenge.  Two members of our department recently found out that their daughter Breonia was been diagnosed with Leukemia.  When the organizers of the event found out about Breonia?s plight, they named her as the co-sponsored patient for this year?s climb.  This is has proven to be a shining light to help Breonia get through this and we will do everything we can to make her proud!

We would love for you to support our department. Your tax deductible donation helps in the fight against blood cancers.

Thanks for your support!
