Climb. Conquer. Cure
Welcome to the Templeton Fire Department Team Page! The Scott Firefighter Stairclimb is a race up the Columbia Center in downtown Seattle. For the fifth year in a row our department will be running up the 69 flights of stairs in the Columbia Center in full fire gear and SCBA. While we welcome the challenge, we are not only doing this to fight blood cancers, but ALL cancers. This year the Templeton Fire Department will be climbing in memory of one of our own, long time Administrative Secretary Celeste English who lost her battle with breast cancer this past September. Templeton Fire will also be climbing in memory/honor of retired Fire Captain Mike Erb, Fire Chaplin Richard Burch and little Maddy Gonzalez (Team Maddy) and all others from our community who are fighting cancer. Even though these are not blood cancers this is our way as Firefighters to help find a cure for all cancers.
We would love for you to support our department. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Thank you for your support!
