Hello, and welcome to the PATH team page.
We dedicate our climb to the memory of Steve Rider (March 6, 1974 - June 5, 2009). Steve touched many lives with his warm and genuine nature, his endless joy in discovering new things, and his love of life. When he was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (and later leukemia), he was still an optimist, determined to fight his disease to his last day. Through his blog, he continues to inspire many people with his positive outlook on life.
Our team consists of the following PATH employees: Christine Brooks, Shannon Mills, Dave Oxley, Doug Palm, Deborah Phillips, Janet Vail, and Melissa Valdez; and the following friends of PATH: Greg Crowther (Research Scientist at the Univ. of Washington Dept. of Medicine), Grant Kidd (Sr. Programming Engineer at Adapp Solutions), Paul Sivesind (Manager of Sequoia In-Home Care), and Liz Stahl (Attorney at Seattle Immigration & Law Group).
The Big Climb is a stairclimb up the Columbia Center in downtown Seattle. Our team will all run/walk up the 69 flights of stairs. While we welcome the challenge, we are doing this to fight blood cancers. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
We would love for you to support our team. Your tax deductible donation helps in the fight against blood cancers.

Thank you!
