Fundraising Levels


All proceeds raised through the Scott Firefighter Stairclimb directly benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission

  $300 Fundraising Minimum

Every participant is required to meet the $300/person fundraising minimum by event day. The minimum does not include the $80 registration fee, but does take into account team donations equally allocated to each team member. The team total will not be evenly split, as this is a combination of both team donations and donations made to individual climbers. Your portion of your team split will not be reflected in your Personal or Team Participant Centers, but is taken into consideration for meeting the minimum in order to pick up your race packet, qualifying for an Incentive Store item, reaching Early Bird or VIP status. It is each participant's responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum in order to enter the building and climb on event day.

  Incentive Store

Participants who fundraise $400 or more by the fundraising deadline of March 30, 2018 will receive an invite to make a selection from our Incentive Store at the end of the season. Participants can only make one selection, e.g. if you qualify for the $3,000 incentive level, you may not pick multiple items from lower levels that equate to $3,000. 2018 incentive items will ship in summer.

  Early Bird

 Participants who fundraise $1,800 or more by the fundraising deadline of March 30, 2018 will be guaranteed a spot during early registration for the 2019 event. Early Bird registration is held one week before general registration opens. Those who qualify for Early Bird will receive an email containing the registration link on the morning of Early Bird registration. 

  VIP

Participants who raise $2,800 or more by event day receive a series of event day perks that include: access to the VIP area with catered food, personal bag check, and a commemorative gift.

Additionally, those who reach VIP level by the fundraising deadline of March 30, 2017 will also receive an invitation to the Climbs Award Ceremony, held in the Columbia Tower Club.

  Elite 25

  The top 25 individual fundraisers at 1700 PST on 3/2/18 will become members of this exclusive group. The Elite 25 will each receive a series of perks that include: a special gift, an invite to a tour of a LLS-funded research lab (to be held in Summer 2018), the battalion start time of their choice, and access to the Columbia Center the day before the Climb to reserve their team's space for event day.  


 Top Teams

PRIZES:

1st Place: Bose bluetooth speaker (or additional Early Bird slots*) 
 2nd Place: Additional Early Bird slots*
 3rd Place: Additional Early Bird slots*

*Early Bird slots are in addition to those team members who raise $1,800+ for the 2018 Climb. Number of slots will be based on fundraising efforts of the entire team. Early Bird slots are only good for the 2019 Scott Firefighter Stairclimb.

Top Individuals  

PRIZES:

1st Place:  Two (2) coach, round-trip tickets on Alaska Airlines and up to a four (4) night hotel stay in a Marriott destination of your choice.
 (dates and locations determined upon hotel availability and participant choice)
 2nd place:  Additional incentive item up to $5,000 level
 3rd place:  Additional incentive item up to $2,500 level
