March updates
Start Times:  Start times were prioritized based on past year's fundraising, team captain attendance at information sessions, and date registered.  Scheduling and accommodating requests for 6,000 participants was beyond challenging, but we did our best. 

February updates
 Dedication Signs:
The deadline for submitting a dedication sign request is March 1st.  Please remember to send a high quality photo (at least 300KB) with your request.

January updates
Spitfire Pasta Party Details:
Kick off your fundraising and training season with us at our Inaugural Spitfire Pasta Party.  Invitees may bring one guest to this event.  Please RSVP for you and your guest to andi.barber@lls.org. 

When: Thursday, January 28th from 6:00-8:00pm (Dinner served at 6:30pm)

Where: South Lake Union Armory Building (located in South Lake Union Park - Map)

Who: Participants from the Big Climb and the Scott Firefighter Stairclimb who have raised $75 or more by January 25th and their guests.  Also, all Big Climb team captains are invited to attend plus their guest.

What: In addition to a delicious dinner generously provided by Spitfire, this evening will include a speaker, expo booths with important tips, prizes and other perks.  Team Captains are welcome to stop by the Team Captain booth for a mini-orientation and to request your preferred start time for your team.

Team Captain Meetings:
This year we are giving our Team Captains three opportunities to get all the information they need to be great Team Captains and to request a team start time.  Team start times are assigned based on past fundraising totals and secondary priority is given to team captains who attend one of the three informational meetings below.  Feel free to bring your list of questions to any of these meetings.  Once you have picked the meeting you would like to attend please RSVP to andi.barber@lls.org.

1. Saturday, January 23rd.  Swing by the Pyramid Alehouse & Brewery across from Safeco Field any time between 11:00am - 2:00pm.  Enjoy a free appetizer courtesy of Pyramid.  We will be waiting for you upstairs (stairway is on the right after you enter).

2. Spitfire Pasta Party on Thursday, January 28th.  Stop by our Team Captain booth and get your questions answered before or after dinner is served.

3. Saturday, February 6th:  Drop in to the Redmond Panera Bread location any time between 10:00am - 1:00pm.  We will be waiting to answer all of your questions in the meeting room.  Directions.
